Deputy Administrator - Panama Maritime Authority

Alejandro Agustín Moreno V.

Lawyer by profession, he earned his Degree in Law and Political Sciences at the USMA (Saint Mary of the Antigua University, Panama). Mr. Moreno earned a postgraduate degree on specializing in Contracting and International Financial Markets at the University of Castilla La Mancha (Spain). He attended studies on Introduction the US Legal System at Yale University (USA)   

In the private sector, he served as an attorney at law in the law firm Moreno & Arjona, which specializes in maritime law and Real Estate transactions (public and private), family laws, international adoption processes.

In the public sector, he was assistant to the Administrator of the Panama Maritime Authority, who also was the second Vice President of Panama from 2004 t0 2009.
Mr. Moreno was also Legal Assistant at the Former Authority of the Inter-Oceanic Region.

He is currently a member of the Panama Bar Associations, Certified Translator and Real Estate Broker.
